These terms govern the text message (SMS) service provided by Stonington Power Equipment & Trailer, a d/b/a of North East Saw Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
The Stonington Power repair-updates program sends transactional text messages about equipment you have brought to us for service. These messages keep you informed through your repair and may include: drop-off confirmation, diagnosis and repair estimate with a request to approve, parts and repair progress, completion with the amount due and a secure payment link, and ready-for-pickup or delivery notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
You opt in by providing your mobile number on our repair intake or pickup request form when you drop off equipment or request a pickup (in person or online). Providing your number and agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies with your repair. A typical repair order generates about 3 to 8 messages from check-in through pickup.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stonington Power does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again on a future repair or reply START.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
